Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Vaco Boston is seeking a VP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. This individualwill be responsible for collaborating across the organization to enhance initiatives related to the Company s DEI strategy.
Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to develop and achieve DEI goals and strategy .Promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging.Function as the primary internal expert on matters relating to DEI. Develop and implement creative strategies to advance the organization s DEI goals.Lead efforts related to diversity analytics, including benchmarking and workforce demographicsChair the DEI Advisory CommitteePartner with Talent Acquisition to develop new strategies and resources to recruit underrepresented talent.Work with global DEI teams to coordinate effortsIdentify and implement DEI learning opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 6 years of relevant experience.Proven experience and knowledge of best practices related to DEIExtensive knowledge of effective strategies designed to advance DEI in the workplace.Knowledge of laws and regulations impacting DEIExcellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently with minimal direction.Strong organizational and project management skills
