Job DescriptionOBJECTIVES/PURPOSE Define and develop MDM Strategy for multiple data domains for different business units that are aligned with business goals and best practices.
Lead the design of comprehensive MDM Solution including data model, user interfaces, workflows, upstream and downstream integrationsCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align the MDM solution with the business requirementProvide technical leadership and lead the implementation by guiding the development teams to adhere to architectural standards, best practices and coding guidelines.
Be Proactive and recommend alternate approaches for achieving business capabilitiesACCOUNTABILITIES Lead the end to end design and architecture of informatica MDM solutions, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and SMEsGather and analyze business requirements and map them to system capabilities to recommend optimal solution designCreate and present solution architecture blueprints, design documents and technical presentations to communicate complex technical concepts effectively Provide technical leadership during the implementation, guiding the development teams to ensure that the solution is built to architectural standardsEvaluate new Informatica mdm capabilities and features and recommend their adoption to enhance the solution Collaborate with cross functional and multi national teams to enable seamless data exchange and system capabilitiesDevelop different integration patterns to enable batch and near real-time integrations with applicationsDIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS Technical/Functional (Line) ExpertiseExtensive hands-on experience with configuring Informatica SaaS offeringStrong understanding of Data modelling concepts for the SaaS platform.
Ability to design efficient and scalable data models for master data entitiesIndepth knowledge of integration technologies such as REST and messaging protocols.
Ability to design and implement seamless integration between Informatica MDM solution and other systems both in real-time and batchAbility to customize and configure Informatica MDM applications to accommodate business processes, workflows an user interfaces.
Good knowledge of ActiveVOS for designing workflow componentsLeadershipEffectively communicate with varying levels of management i.

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent in a related or directly relevant fieldSkill Certification on Informatica MDM SaaS offeringProven experience as a Solution architect in the Healthcare Professional domain, preferably for HCP domain implementationIndepth understanding of healthcare data, HCP data sets and data management concepts.
Experienced in facilitating workshops and conducting requirements gathering sessions.

Base Salary Range:
$133,000.
00 - $209,000.

The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
