Job TitleIT Manager (NonStop Systems)What does a successful IT Manager (NonStop Systems) do at Fiserv?You will set yearly goals for teams and individuals; conduct project planning, implementation, and documentation; and manage and maintain 24x7 uptime on the NonStop systems including client-related connectivity, application, and platform issues.
You ll research products, solutions, and technologies and apply results to create presentations and documentation.
You will also identify system performance bottlenecks and recommend performance improvement solutions.
What you will do:
Focus on team-building by setting yearly goals and direction for associates, performing performance assessments, and coordinating daily workload amongst a team of experienced engineersPerform systems implementation and maintenance by managing Guardian OS, Network, and other major software release planning and implementationManage system architecture by establishing auditing standards and present evidence to the auditors (internal and external) for PCI, FFIEC, and SOC assessmentsPerform Tier 3 Security functions, such as building and supporting our NonStop security infrastructureProvide mentorship and training for your teamWhat you will need to have:

years of experience supporting 24x7x365 high availability solutions in a large-scale environment5
years of experience as a lead or manager of systems engineers5
years of experience engineering HP NonStop systems3
years of experience in the following:
Guardian (OS), Safeguard (Security), NonStop, SQL, OSS, NSX technology (X-Series), XP Storage3
years of experience with the following:
Comforte, XYPRO security suites, Gravic Shadowbase, Goldengate, DRnet, MQ, Control-M, IR Prognosis, and NCI Control and CompareBachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experienceThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
