The Workforce Compliance Administrator will report to the Director of Operations and will ensure the timely collection of weekly subcontractor certified payroll reports, submit to the agency (BRJP, BPDA, UMBA, HUD and/or others), track missing payroll reports for follow up with subcontractors and collect and submit Boston resident's verification for BRJP and BPDA projects.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with an investigative mindset, well focused, excellent organization, and communication skills, have the ability to work well autonomously and with a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES Execute daily, weekly, and monthly project data collection, engaging directly with owners, construction managers, sub-contractors, trade unions, and project consultants.
Prepare weekly and monthly external qualitative and quantitative reports for clients and government stakeholders.
Analyze data and reports and clearly communicate findings and trends to company leadership.
Recommend solutions to identified challenges.
Plan and execute in person and virtual workforce diversity outreach events.
Coordinate and attend client meetings and manage reporting cadence, document notes and follow up actions, and prepare reports in advance of meetings.
Organize and track all relevant project documents and records.
Provide general support to ongoing business operations and clients as needed.
Collection and submission of weekly certified payroll reports for multiple projects from multiple subcontractors to the appropriate point(s) of contact at the assigned regulatory agency.
Maintain certified payroll report (CPR) tracking sheets that shows CPRs received and deficient.
For projects covered under the Boston Residents Jobs Policy (BRJP), Identify and record Boston residents from certified payroll reports for collection and submission of Boston resident documentation to the appropriate regulatory agency.
Follow up with subcontractors on deficient documentation.
Schedule preconstruction meetings for subcontractors prior to mobilizing on site.
Schedule corrective action meetings for all subcontractors not in compliance with the BRJP ordinance and or other agency regulations Organize and track all relevant project documents and records.
Support InOrder staff and at times, lead on efforts involving community engagement and job fairs.
Lead the utilization of online reporting platforms (ie.
LCPTracker, Salesforce, etc) for workforce compliance projects as assigned.
Other closely related activities as required.
