com/our-story' Each and every role throughout our organization makes a difference in our ability to change the world for the betterRead further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the worldHDR is looking for an O&M Facilities Design Business Class DirectorThis position is a leadership position requiring the skills and experience to manage our facilities design services organization, develop strategic visions and tactical plans, contemplate and participate in the hiring process, promote staff interaction and communication, promote stafftechnical development and involvement in technical programs, manage work-share and project assignments and provide direct project support in leading select projects or other related assignments nationwidePosition requires specialized knowledge of vehicle fleet maintenance facilities for aviation, bus transit, rail transit, municipal, utilities and education market sectors to enhance our ability to support decision-making during the critical system planning, programming, design and operational stagesAs the Business Class Director for operations and maintenance facilities design you will be leading the group to help clients optimize their operations - from planning and design through operations and maintenanceThis role is a key management role and will work with other Business Groups, Market Sectors, Business Classes and Cross Sectors in supporting their client's project needsThus, the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment is a must.
The Director will also participate in select marketing activities by supporting or developing project proposals, staffing assignments, identification of sub-consultants and other duties as necessaryInvolvement in all phases of project development is expectedThis position requires travel to support select project pursuits and delivery nationallyThis role can be based out of our offices in Denver, Los Angles, Nashville, Houston, Bellevue, Charleston or Baltimore.
