service company is looking to hire a Director of Financial Reporting. As an integral member of the corporate finance team, the Director is in charge of directing and coordinating the company's SEC reporting activities, responsible for the preparation of the company's forms 10-K, 10Q and other SEC filings as needed. He/she is also in charge of the planning and coordination of the annual external audit, performing technical accounting research on current business and finance matters. Responsible for ensuring high quality and accuracy in the company's financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with public company reporting experience.
