Writing loan agreements.
Legal framework associated with structuring Commercial RE loans.
Working with surveys and survey documents.
Establishing relationships with lending
community
.
Managing deals from start to successful conclusion.
Targeting 'peer' lender community to develop mutually beneficial relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience providing Commercial RE
services
to clients.
Strong client relationship skills.
Contributing to overall success of transactional team.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
