Your
Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed sales quotas and goals as established for the requisite Zone, increase the sales volume of the accounts on target Bosch Products
Promote the purchase and use of target Bosch products through interaction with second trade level customers (Jobbers, Dealers, BCS, etc)
Work closely with DSM's, ZM's, external agencies, and customer sales support to train and develop product knowledge/accepetance at all trade levels
Attend and participate in sales meetings, conventions and trade shows
Educate customer's personnel to the attributes and advantages of selling target
Bosch products
Develop and maintain annual Business Plan for target accounts
Maintain records, prepare and submit call, itinerary and expense reports as required
Your competencies and
Qualifications:
BS, BA in Business w/ sales/marketing emphasis or automotive technology
3-4 years experience in sales and marketing or automotive
services
Demonstrated analytical skills in developing strategies, resolving problems, training, etc.
Strong automotive or technical product aptitude a plus
Excellent verbal, written and persuasive communications skills
Demonstrated
computer
skills including MS Office applications and fundamental understanding of database and email programs
Experience w/ CRM and sales process tools a strong plus
