Mid-Market Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the sale of our clients newest product to identified prospect companies in the assigned segment and territory. This role is outbound in nature and will be supported through a variety of Marketing campaigns and lead generation activities, as well as through self-directed prospecting activity on the part of the employee.

Follow up on Marketing generated leads, as well as make outbound calls to prospect companies, to uncover business needs, technical requirements, and the buyer's purchasing process
Ask technical questions and initiate detailed product discussions
Uncover customer needs beyond what may have been initially obvious to the prospect
Provide live web demonstrations of our solutions to prospects
Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota
Hit expected call activity metrics
Develop and maintain sales pipeline
Provide an accurate forecast
Document activity accurately in Salesforce.com
Educate prospects on product functionality through conversations, demos, and presentations
Follow up on uncovered sales opportunities

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of inside-sales experience, handling full sales cycle selling online meeting, conference calling, and/or collaboration software or similar
Proven track record of successful selling, consistently meeting or exceeding goals
Self-motivated, highly energetic disposition
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
Strong Business acumen and curiosity about the prospects business
The ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Comfort with a very fast-paced sales position
Strong technical expertise
High volume outbound sales calling experience
Familiarity with Salesforce.com preferred
A B.S./B.A. or equivalent experience
expereince selling SAAS software is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
