Lead and Support all day-to-day activities for Technology and Corporate
Talent Acquisition for a large scale RPO engagement..
Must have a strong Technical Recruiting background
Responsible for managing the following functional areas: Talent Acquisition
Customer Interaction and Relationship Management for all Operational Activities
Develop and Deliver Presentation Materials in Customer Review Meetings
Allocate and adjust workload of Staffing Specialists
Determine Performance Goals and Expected Business Results for Staffing Specialists
Training and Mentoring of Team Members
Assure Program Processes and Procedures Adherence
Assure Proper Documentation by Team
Analyze Business Information to Identify Issues or Trends
Develop and Implement Solutions to Operational Related Delivery Issues
Coordinating Leadership and Customer Involvement for Problem Resolution and/or Critical Decision Making
Displayed Ability to Manage and Lead a Team
Ability to solve problems and present comprehensive solutions, business Results and Concepts to a Leadership Audience
Software Skills and Workforce management software experience
Strong Technology Recruiting background
Ability to interact and manage complex customer issues
Four Year College Degree in Business or Management, or Equivalent Experience
Minimum 10 years in Staffing Industry or Related Delivery Expertise
Minimum 5years Software Sales Recruiting Experience


This is a strategic talent acquisition leadership opportunity as a Regional Director within an established RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) program with an industry leader in Computer Software reporting to the NA Sr. Director Talent Acquisition.
This individual will lead a team of 10 with 4, Recruitment
direct reports.
This individual will interact with the
Leaders of Sales and HR and will be the face of the organization and point of escalation for all client interactions.
Responsibilities include:
Customer interaction and relationship management, with respect to operational activities.
Developing and implementing solutions to operational - related delivery issues
Risk management for all operational activity
Coordinating leadership and customer involvement for problem resolution and/or critical decision - making
Assess the recruiting team, ensuring right people, in the right roles and that highest performers are continually challenged and our struggling performers receive the coaching they need to improve
Provide daily mentorship and coaching to our recruiting team - your success rides on their success
Identify and implement ways to build a more consistent culture, aligning technology and non-technology recruiting approaches and processes
Allocating and adjusting workload of operational team members accordingly.
Determining performance goals and expected business results for operational team members.
Developing and delivering presentation materials in customer review meetings.
Managing relationships with program suppliers to ensure delivery of service.
Previous Computer Software Sales Recruitment experience is required
Software Services and Marketing recruitment a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
