Our client has an immediate opening for a Asset Manager, working at our corporate office in Boston. This is an opportunity for a self-starter who works well independently in a fast paced environment.
Principal
Responsibilities:
Revenue management - understand individual markets and establish appropriate rent levels for all properties utilizing Yardi Rent Maximizer program. Oversee and review Market Studies for all properties.
Ancillary Revenue - investigate, develop and implement ancillary revenue programs. Monitor and ensure maximization of all ancillary revenue programs.
Maximize Cash Flow - monitor cash collections and ensure proper follow up.
Site process and procedures - work with the Property Management team to design, develop and implement site process / procedure improvements.
Training - work with Property Management to train site staff on new procedures as well as ongoing training / improvement of existing site processes and procedures.
Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
Monitor and measure asset performance.
Qualifications:
Business degree
7
years experience with real estate.
Site level property management experience desired.
