A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Immigration Assistant to join our team in Boston, MA .
The Immigration Assistant will be responsible for supporting the immigration team. He or she will need to communicate with managers, members of the onsite and offshore immigration team, and employees via e-mail, in person and telephone. The Immigration Assistant will be responsible for file maintenance and creation, maintaining the immigration database, copying, filing, scanning, mailing of immigration documents, and other administrative duties. Will also coordinate department mail and create reports, presentations, and various related immigration documentation as needed. He or she will also provide assistance to team members with ongoing immigrant and non-immigrant applications/petitions as required.
Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have experience in a high-volume atmosphere, and have strong organizational and communication skills.
- 0-2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in an in-house immigration team or at an immigration law firm
- Experience with high volume file maintenance
- Experience with Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Powerpoint, Office, Word
- Knowledge of business immigration preferred
