Intellectual Property Foreign Filing Paralegal
Exciting Opportunity for a experienced IP Foreign Filing Professional to become part of a national Boston firm. A minimum of 3 years' patent Foreign Filing experience, knowledge of docketing software and docket checks is a must.candidate must have a Bachelor's degree.
The Foreign Filing Paralegal will organize and manage dockets for foreign filing prosecution to ensure timely completion or required actions. File foreign patent applications from PCT applications through National Phase.Communicate with Foreign Associates within the firm concerning patent filing rules and correspond directly with clients.
The position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The candidate must be able to work as a team member, to work independently and analytically,be attentive to detail, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and able to prioritize tasks.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
