The client is seeking an outstanding Sales Director to drive new opportunities by building relationships with new and existing clients and differentiating the offerings in a compelling manner. This full time permanent position reports to Head of Advisory Client Sales, Americas.
The key areas of responsibility will include:
Developing and executing a Strategic Account plan for target accounts
Maintaining and developing customer relationships to increase revenue across client products
Collaborating with subject matter experts, Sales Engineers and peers to increase revenue
Developing a deep knowledge of client products and solutions with the ability to communicate the value proposition of all client offerings
Documenting activity in Salesforce to accurately forecast the business on a consistent basis.
Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiating commercial agreements to closing the deal
Attending industry networking events to discover business opportunities.
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
5 plus years direct sales experience required with a preference of selling software and/or eDiscovery services to advisory firms, eDiscovery providers and law firms
A B.S. or a B.A. degree
Expertise in electronic discovery and litigation marketplace required
Proven track record of managing a sizable geographic territory and building a robust pipeline of high potential accounts
History of managing large and medium sized clients with deal sizes in the range of $200K
and consistently exceeding sales quotas
Ability to travel as required
Proven track record of ability to deliver sales of complex services and solutions in a competitive environment
Experience gathering competitive intelligence, and delivering feedback from prospects and clients in the marketplace.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
