Business Analyst
We are looking for a self-motivated, approachable, well organized Business Analyst to be part of our transparent and collaborative work culture. We are a leader in providing content technology, as well as superior personalized services, and course-driven digital solutions. In this role, as Business Analyst, you would be an extension to the Product Manager/SDM partnership. You would add value across the entire Product lifecycle from the Ideation stage, through to Development, and Support.
Required:
3-5 years work experience in Technology firms, preferably online consumer markets
1 year or prior job working as an analyst or comparable in an Agile Development environment
Understanding of Agile methodology
Understand the personas, habits, needs of target students within a specific Market Group
Have empirical working knowledge of product capabilities offered by our systems
Work with Product Managers in ideating
Facilitate and execute the process of creating product visions and breaking them down into sensible components that are consumable by the Product team and the Engineering team to execute and provide predictability
Work with QA on defining acceptance criteria
Work between multiple active projects and ideate activities simultaneously
