Project/Position Introduction.Overview
Duties /
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for daily operations of MassHealth Customer Services, excluding Call Center operations. Areas of responsibility include all Provider and Member operations, excluding Contact Center. Provides leadership of following functional areas:
Provider Services, including Relations/Outreach and Training, Provider Enrollment and Credentialing, and QCProvider InitiativesProvider Operations ServicesTransaction Management, including Transportation Authorization, Premium Billing, EDI Trading Partner Testing, Document Management, and claims data entry.Responsibilities
Provide supervision to the Director of Provider Services, Director of Provider Initiatives, Director of Provider Operations Services, and Director of Transaction Management
Ensure compliance with all relevant Contract requirements and SLAs
Interface with senior leadership at Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) and MassHealth Operations regarding the status of Provider Services and Transaction Management operations
Work closely with EOHHS managers and attend weekly meetings at the EOHHS central office
Ensure teams are properly staffed to handle the requirements of the Contract efficiently and effectively
Contribute to the identification, development, and deployment of annual Quality Improvement Programs (QIP)
Develop and oversee compliance with internal quality standards, indicators, and written procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent Contract activities
Support Member and Provider relationships by attending relevant stakeholder meetings and providing continuous oversight to staff handling outreach and transaction activities to avoid backlogs or delays
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
Previous experience successfully leading operations of similar size and complexity to the operations required under this Contract.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience; Master's Degree Preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
