Responsibilities
Provide customer service and make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every transaction.
Process transactions:
cash, credit cards, checks and validation transactions based upon location parking rates and requirements.
Be able to use radio to call garage if transaction must be processes manually.
Document all transactions in accordance with company policy via shift report.
Be accountable for all cash received and tendered, and disposition of such cash according to money drop procedure.
Maintain cleanliness of cash register area daily.
Qualifications
Be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English
Be able to sit for long periods of time
Be able to walk short distances
Possess the manual dexterity to operate basic office equipment, including computers and cash registers
Possess the mental ability to be able to process cash and manual transactions
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Be at least 18 years of age
Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction
Maintain uniform standards while around account
Be able to pass criminal background check
Ability to create relationships with customers
Organized, proficient with computers, and strong numbers skills
Educational Requirements:
High School or GED
Language Skills:
Proficient in English both verbally and written

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
