Civil Engineer Specialist (3118-872)
STV, Inc. currently has an opening in our Boston, MA office for an Civil Engineer Specialist in our Transportation and Infrastructure Division.
Key responsibilities will include design and review of all phases of structural/highway plan development for our various transportation projects.
The preferred candidate should have highway design, plan and report development experience including:
Highway geometrics
Roadway modeling and cross section development
Grading and drainage
Erosion and sediment control
Storm water management
Traffic control, traffic studies and signalization
Signing and pavement marking
Utility coordination
Right of way (ROW) plan development and preparation of plans specifications and estimate packages.
Required
Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field required
EIT required
0-3 years of relevant experience
MicroStation, InRoads/Geopak, and Microsoft Office. AutoCAD a plus
Active participation in professional society activities encouraged.
