Role Summary/Purpose
We currently have an opening for a HR People Partner at GE's HQ in Boston. We are looking for a visible, interactive, trusted partner to drive the implementation of GE Digital's people strategy and shepherd the culture within the Commercial Organization, comprised of Marketing, Sales, Channels & Alliances, Commercial Operations & Customer Success.

HR People Partners own the employee experience by coaching leaders to hire, inspire, develop, and retain the talented employees that create customer success. People Partners work within a collaborative eco-system of onsite HR peers ranging from HRBPs, Comp, Workforce Planning, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
Meet regularly & proactively with managers to provide HR guidance on change management, compensation, retention, engagement, talent assessments, and performance management
Advise managers on Employee Relations (ER) related issues to ensure consistent, transparent application of policies and practices; People Partners will own investigations when needed
Benchmark best-in-class ER programs in the software industry
Continuously diagnose organizational health:
People Partners optimize org. design and ensure GE Digital scales with continued growth
Engage with employees regularly to become an expert of our people and the way they work in order to create best in class working experiences
Coach managers to ensure team priorities are laser focused, on-strategy, & drive customer success
Mentor the employee engagement teams that create high fun-factor events and celebrations
Drive employee development:
coach managers to create meaningful, personalized development plans
Influence hiring to ensure we continue to hire world-class software employees with cutting-edge capabilities
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 3 years' progressive HR experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 5 years' progressive HR experience
Eligibility Requirements
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

Must be willing to work out of an office located in Boston, CA
