Oracle HCM Manager
Intro Bridgeview IT is seeking an Oracle HCM Manager to join one of our clients in Boston, MA.

Summary This role will be working on driving the success of the company's Oracle HCM Product suite by capturing the current state of the product, writing a roadmap for any future upgrades or features, leading a team to implement those changes, and communicating with senior leadership.
Responsibilities Creates a HR product Roadmap, reviews it monthly with identified stakeholders, and leverages industry insights and related product roadmaps to drive product forward.
Roadmaps must balance innovation, business value and technical debt.
Engages Sr.
Management through product demonstrations and strategy sessions as well as communicates product updates weekly to Sr.
Leadership demonstrating progress against the roadmap.
Conducts Monthly Roadmap review with key stakeholders.
Manages a small team and may direct contractors or consultants including offshore team.
Develops systems to capture key metrics and reports out on these metrics routinely to stakeholders.
Analyzes metrics for trends to help inform roadmap and to transform the business.
Drives agile development process by managing backlog by serving as the agile product owner.
May serve as ScrumMaster.
Requirements:
At least 7+years of experience in HRIS/HRIT space preferably using Oracle HCM suite/PeopleSoft/Oracle EBiz suite Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud Minimum of 2+years of experience in Oracle HCM Modules (Core HR, Payroll/Benefits Interfaces, Talent Management, Learn) and Taleo Recruitment cloud Experience in managing Oracle HCM/Taleo upgrades is a plus Bachelor's Degree in a related field BridgeView IT is a technology placement firm assisting a national network of clients identify and hire the highest-caliber IT professionals.
