One of our clients located in Boston, MA is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Boston, MA, to support our growing 50 person start-up technology company This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
Our goal is to deliver an outstanding employee experience to all team members including onboarding, recognition, retention and offboarding.

Responsible for workforce management, staffing, payroll (Exponent HR), benefit administration and all other HR processes.
Efficiently managed an HR budget.
Responsible for the development of the workplace culture and environment that reinforces Company's values and attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Create, administer and interpret company policy for employees in each location.
Advise managers on employee relations issues.
Counsel employees on various issues such as performance, career growth, succession planning, etc.
Manage Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes.
Created job descriptions and salary benchmarking for all positions.
Managed all annual plan audits, including SOC2, numerous client audits, and benefit program/401k audits.
Responsible for all activities to ensure plans are compliant with ERISA , DOL & state reporting requirements, including non-discrimination testing, 5500 reporting/filing, Summary Annual Reports, ACA reporting compliance, etc.
Revised 360 performance review program Managed EEO compliance, Workers Compensation Plan and Insurance Programs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
