TYPICAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manage company programs and/or projects related to design/build, both at the home office and at the project location. Lead team on preparation and oversight of design/build contracts. Oversee subcontractor engineering firms - all disciplines. Prepare contract drawings and specifications in conjunction with the Design Team. Represent company in project meetings; design charrettes and preconstruction conferences; oral presentation experience required. Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate final construction design packages. Develop and train junior staff. Experience:
Four (4) year degree in architecture or engineering. Professional Engineer Registration a plus. Extensive (10 or more years) experience of design, construction and management required. Federal project experience required. Design/Build experience required. United States citizenship is required. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance is required. $100K -- $150K
