Operated as Lab Manager and Safety Coordinator for two years, where primary responsibilities were to ensure chemical and supplies were ordered, laboratory inventory were managed accurately, equipment maintenance was scheduled accordingly and work conditions remained safe according to standards. - Introduced and researched Malbrancheamide, a project associated with the noble natural product from fungi. Key functions were to collect and analyze primary data, create experimental designs, and research the proposed biosynthetic pathway to ensure its accuracy.
- Focused on the Rieske-type demethylase (Stc2) project. Tasks included executing cell growth, protein purification and characterization, activity assay (with various substrates), and biophysics experiments. Participated in preparing two scientific paper publication.
