• November  2015 – September 2016 : Delivery Manager;  Hybrid Mobile Banking Application for Thanachart Bank
- Delivered Thanachart Connect Mobile Banking Application on iOS and Andriods, and Web Admin applications based on IBM® MobileFirst™platform solution.

• December 2014 – December 2015: Senior Project Manager, ATM: Chip Card to EMV Migration Phase I Project for Kasikorn Bank
- Directed and managed multi-vendor teams to migrate - hardware and software to adopt new EMV chip card technology for ATM products.
- Integration managed multi project steams – hardware vendors, ATM and 25 impacted applications and local switching company – and ensured all technical and migration challenges were managed, resolved and closely monitored.
- Created and managed change management and roll out plans for hardware and software components. The plan cover roll out changes to 10,000+ATM/CDM machines (Diebold/Wincor/Omron) around the country and 26 applications phased deployment – in order to reduce customer impacts and reputation risk to this client.
- Led steering meeting to provide status updates to key client executives – CIO and executive VP levels. Worked collaboratively with client IT and business teams to resolve issues and maintained project schedule on track. 

• November 2013 - December 2015: Senior Project Manager;  Core Banking Transformation SAFE to Profile Project  for Kasikorn Bank
- This was one of the largest and longest Core Banking Application transformation in Thailand, migrating from SAFE Core Banking application to Profile core banking application.
- Managed and supervised 2 key application teams – SAFE and Customer Information System, providing direction and solution guidance to project team, managed and escalated issues to the project board, resolving cross-functional issues at program level.
- Periodically reviewed and assessed project dependencies, potential issues and risks related to other enhancements to these 2 applications and provided decision/resolution to help minimizing financial and schedule impact to this project.
- Managed project scope and change control, as well as maintained good resource planning and recruited staffs to avoid impacts to project due to high staff attrition rate and stressful environment.

• August 2013 – September 2014: Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Data Warehouse: DB2 to Netezza Migration Project for Kasikorn Bank
- KBank was the first in Banking Industry to implement IBM Netezza high performance data warehouse appliances for its EDW for advanced business analytics. The project encountered technical and stakeholder challenges to implement.
- Maintained tactically and constructive communication to all stakeholders and sponsors. Provided daily status update to project sponsor, weekly update to project teams and monthly update to project steering committee and working groups.
- Identified, tracked and engaged product SME to resolve and remove project issues, risks and set up mitigation plan, assigned owner and monitored status.
- Directed and provided project direction and mentorship to team. Gained trust from project team and helped closing gaps: technical gaps, user expectation and scope.

Highlighted projects:

- PAS-W Billing Project: The PAS-W product was a new cross sales product offering for Portfolio Analysis Service for its 401K clients. The PAS-W Billing project implemented fee calculation and billing support for PAS-W products.
- Auto Increase Program: Fidelity’s 401K offering provided an automatic increase in employee contribution into their 401K account annually. The project comprised of Java Web front end/COBOL backend processing.
- Auto Batch Update: Part of Finance Operation and Reconciliation Automation. The project implemented the system that enabled 401K plan administrators to perform contribution reconciliation automatically.

• Developed and implemented the Loan Re-amortization functionality customized for Shell for their 401K loan repayment.
• Developed and implemented the Loan Re-amortization project for Rehires functionality.
• Developed and implemented the enhancement to the 401K Loan application to be compliant with the new Military Leave of Absence regulations.
• Led mainframe works to implement the enhancement to Eligibility Tracking application to be compliant with IRS and DOL regulations.
• Worked in the Business Transformation team to implement automated Plan Year End Summary Report System. The PYE System provides real-time XML report types for plan sponsors to view and audit year-end reports for tax purpose.

Highlighted projects:
- Excessive Trading Monitoring: A Regulatory Project per the Securities and Exchange Commission’s requirement to implement the Excessive Trading Monitoring process on its 401K accounts. The project comprised of COBOL back end main engine that perform monitoring, tracking and blocking excessive trading on 401K accounts and JAVA web based front end that provide online trade restriction and warning.
- Loan Re-Amoritization for Rehires: To enhance loan re-amortization feature for cover rehire participants in order to support requirement from major 401K clients. The enhancement was done to the Loan Process on Back End.
- Eligibility Tracking Processing: This was a major enhancement to Fidelity's 401K Eligibility Tracking Process in order to comply with SEC's regulation on Separation of Services. The project comprised of COBOL back end, fidelity's custom engine rules and CICS front end.

Client/Assignment: Putnam Investment 401K and ESPP Projects (October 1997 – April 2002)
• Designed and implemented the Executive Compensation System, an enhancement to Employee Stock Purchase System at Putnam Investment.
• Provided support to Putnam Investment 401k System. Developed and implemented client specific enhancements and provided operational supports for OMNIPLAN PRIDE record keeping system (Sun Guard software package).
• Provided on-call support for the nightly production problems.
• Received the Keane’s Peer Award for outstanding performance.

• Implemented the Keane's Year2000 solution® for Fidelity Investment company. Analyzed and identified Y2K date problem in Fidelity Marketing Management system, created problem reports and solution plan to fix Y2K date problem using COBOL, CICS, JCL, IBM Utilities and performed extensive testing using TICTOC utility, ENDEAVOR and File-AID.
