Experiential Marketing Consultant Responsible for executing industry-leading prospect and client facing events. Direct Mail/Print Production:

  •   Manage prospect-facing and internal direct mailers and collateral with external print and paper vendors; ensure performance

    standards are adhered to or exceeded.

    Streamlined current direct mail intake request process and created one-pager to drive process improvements on communication. Identified opportunity to create and implement a tracker for DM project timelines/cost and budget.

    Successfully planned and organized 160+ client hosted dinner events within a 12 month period including client appreciation dinners, open houses, partner affiliation dinners and sponsorship events.

    Implemented a Google Doc resource for streamlined pre-event process and organization for team.

  •   Research suitable venues, negotiate contract and coordinate event logistics as per the requirements and budgetary constraints of

    the program; manage logistical communication to internal stakeholders through weekly meetings.

  •   Manage registration through various channels (client communication, email, internal calling campaigns) for each dinner and

    ensure list is up to date. Direct the nurture process for prospects to decrease attrition rate through effective follow-up.

  •   Create campaigns in Salesforce and request radius lists for recruiting efforts including direct mail, OTM (telemarketing) and

    email blasts. Monitor campaign success and report out on results to stakeholders.

  •   Own post-event follow up including registration list import for every event and partner locking prospects for referral credit.

  •   Ensure SharePoint and QuickBase are up to date for stakeholders to access dinner logistics information accordingly.


  •   Prepare and present weekly metrics and data analysis results of programs to senior management. Metrics include YOY and

    monthly comparisons of dinners planned, held, cancelled and number of sales demo requests and overall program success.

  •   Discuss program challenges and create solutions for issues moving forward. Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators.

    National Dinner Seminar Program:

  •   Support planning initiatives for successful National Dinner Seminar program coordination.

  •   Create PDF and direct mail invites for distribution. Manage vendor communication to ensure projects are on track.

  •   Complete partner locking in Salesforce for our national partners (Henry Schein, McKesson, Transworld Systems) for all

    registrants; ensure all partner, client, and sales versions of invitations are correct. Tradeshows:
