The solid 25mm by 33mm three-body oval-shaped coin edge case, double stepped bezel, and ball lug set are polished, and the case back has an inset sapphire display crystal secured with 6 screws. The inner and outer bezel, and ball lugs are set with 139 Top Wesselton VS quality round diamonds, weighing in at a total of approximately 1.32 carats. The dial is natural mother-of-pearl with Black printed stylized Roman numeral hour markers, a black printed dot minute chapter ring, and blued "Breguet" style hands. The crown is set with a single briolette cut diamond, and the offset hour & minutes sub-dial is located at the bottom half of the main dial. It's water resistant to 30 meters, and it has a 38-hour power reserve at full wind. The 8.6mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.The automatic self-winding Breguet caliber 586 movement is hand-engraved on an 18K rose gold engine.
