About the place: Three story townhouse located on H Street & East Broadway in South Boston. First floor is large, open kitchen/living room. 2nd and 3rd floor have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each floor. Lots of common storage in the basement & 3rd floor closet. Your bedroom would also have a coat closet and walk-in closet. In house washer and dryer (free). Newly renovated kitchen, nice patio out back with a small grill and some pretty flowers! Located a block from the 9/10 bus stop that takes you right to the red line. Street parking with permit only. Utilities run about $200/month (internet, gas, electric, water, and cleaning lady who comes twice a month). First month rent is required for move in as well as a contract that must be signed before moving in (will be emailed to you and then signed by all of us). Sadly, no pets due to one of the roommates being allergic to cat/dog dander/fur (although we are all animal lovers). The room is available February 1st. About you: Female applicants only - sorry guys! :) Ideally someone who works outside of the home. Quiet, clean, respectful, good communication skills. We are low key and in bed by 10PM most nights and are looking for someone who is on the same page. School and work can be overwhelming, and we want our home to be a sanctuary where we can relax after long days.
